Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains how OnlyTopReviews ("we", "us") handles personal information on onlytopreviews.com (the "site"). By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Comments: if comments are open on a review, the name, email address and comment you submit.

Information collected automatically

• Log data: like most websites, our server records your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request.
• Cookies: small files stored in your browser. See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use it

• To reply to messages you send us.
• To send the newsletter to people who asked for it.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse.
• To understand which reviews are read, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, who may receive technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads them:

• Google Fonts: the site's typefaces are loaded from Google's servers.
• Hosting provider: the company that hosts the site processes log data on our behalf.
• Analytics and advertising: if we use analytics or advertising services, they may set cookies and collect usage data as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Retailers and service providers: reviews link to other websites. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies. Some links may be affiliate links, which let the retailer know you arrived from our site.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to how it is used. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
